*We do our best to ship your order same day once it passes security clearance for fraud (typically 1 business day). If you order falls outside of our normal business hours (11A - 5P everyday except Thursdays 11A - 7P, we are closed on Mondays) your order will ship next day following fraud check. All parts an accessory orders are shipped via USPS priority or ground-advantage mail. Bike orders are shipped via Bike Flights (a UPS partner).

E-Bike Service

We will only service e-bikes with Bosch, Shimano, Fauza, TQ, Hyena, and Specialized electronics. Electronics include the battery, motor, controller, wiring, and any other parts related to the electrical component of an e-bike. We can work on the mechanical components of other e-bike brands but not the electronics. If you are leaving your e-bike for service and it does not have electronics from one of the aforementioned brands, we cannot keep the battery in the building due to insurance reasons and you must bring it home with you. If the battery cannot be removed from the bike, you must be present in the building while your bike is being worked on; it cannot be left for service.

Software Update

E-Bikes have brought a whole new service need to the world. Just like all of our other electronic devices, updates are required every so often. With this service, we are able to plug in to major drive systems including Shimano, Bosch, Fazua, Specialized and Electra Bikes.

Custom Tuning

Most major manufacturers nowadays allow for much more customization within their systems than in years past. With this service we will consult with you to find out what you are looking for out of your bike, connect to you drive system and make necessary adjustments to each power level to best suit your needs.
