*We do our best to ship your order same day once it passes security clearance for fraud (typically 1 business day). If you order falls outside of our normal business hours (11A - 5P everyday except Thursdays 11A - 7P, we are closed on Mondays) your order will ship next day following fraud check. All parts an accessory orders are shipped via USPS priority or ground-advantage mail. Bike orders are shipped via Bike Flights (a UPS partner).

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

Shipping Options

Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. Orders typically ship within one business day of being placed. If you ordered a bike, our team asks for a few days to process, professionally build and box your order. We are working hard to ship it your way as soon as possible! Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes may not be eligible for shipping.

Nationwide Shipping

Knock, knock! We'll package and ship your new ride straight to your door, anywhere in the US! Some assembly required.

In-Store Pickup

Pay us a visit in beautiful Mystic, CT for free in-store pickup. No assembly required!

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. 

If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.


The following conditions apply to all layaway sales

  • Layaway is a free service that we offer
  • A deposit of at least 50% is required
  • All layaways must be paid in full within 6 months from initial deposit date
  • A payment is required every 30 days
  • All payments are forfeited if product is abandoned with no communication/further payment for three months

Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.


  •  Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase date and items must be in like-new, sellable condition. 
  •  All sales are final for items marked down. 
  • Returns on special ordered items are eligible for in-store credit only. 

Special Orders 

  • For any item that we need to order, payment is required in full. In the event of a return, only store credit will be provided. 


  • Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable. 

Online Order Returns 

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for items being returned or exchanged. 
  • Shipping charges are refundable for cancelled orders pre-shipping only. 
  • Any discounted item is final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. 
  • If a return or exchange is wanted, the customer is required to pay return shipping. We do not cover return shipping costs or provide return labels. 

Prices and Information

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
