Its self-adjusting soft jaws clamp the down tube on your bicycle (up to 3 3/8-inches in diameter), and the wheel straps fit tires up to 2.6-inches wide. This mount quickly attaches to your roof-rack crossbars (sold separately), features easy-to-reach adjustments, and is lockable with an optional key lock.
